Our job for your company includes:

1. Web Design:
   Optional, dependent upon your contract.  This is laying out the information you give us so it is accessible on the website for the world to see. Putting the graphics and text into html and xhtml format. This often includes creating graphics, and an original custom design just for your company.
    

2. Search Engine Submission:
   Comes free with your web design contract & most of our hosting contracts. This submission is done using the text and phrases from content you supply.
    

3. Hosting:
   Optional, depending upon your contract.  Your website is stored with a minimum 500 MG of disk space. 
    

4. Search Engine Optimization
   Free with web design contract. This means making your pages easy for the search engines to find.
   This includes several jobs:
    

   1. Meta tags
      special xhtml code inside your pages.

   2. Accessibility
      Arranging the text and photos on the pages in such a way as to be accessible to the search engines.

   3. Keywords
      Inserting them into the page in many different areas of that page to give you the best possible ranking.

   4. Title
      Making a relevant title for each page, so you'll be found more often, according to the key phrases you give us.
      

5. Domain Registration
   We will work with you to find a domain name that fits your company and is easy to remember.  URL options include domains ending in .com, .net., .info, .us, and .name.

Not Included in our General Services:

1. In Depth Website Promotion Analysis
   Website promotion means driving traffic to your site. When we submit your site to the search engine, that is all we do for the basic service. We put a significant effort into the search engine optimization, but evaluating the efficiency and discovering new ones over time is beyond the scope of "design". 
    

2. Amount of Visitors to Your Site / Site Popularity
   How do you get more visitors?  Add more text! This is actually a business planning activity. Your company needs to monitor your website and see what people are interested, and why they do come to the website. This can also be affected by the competition in your area of business.
    

3. Public Relations Resulting in More Sales
   This is what an advertising agency or public relations firm can do for you. We can make suggestions and try to be helpful, but it is not the service we are selling.  However, a statistics page or request forms can be very useful to you in this.  Use them to gather information and insight about your customers.
    

4. Policing your Site / Content Management
   When you give us material for your website it is your responsibility to ensure that it is correct and free from copyright infringement.  
    

5. Writing Copy
   We can help edit your copy correcting for grammar and spelling, but we generally do not write it.  You will need to supply your own creative content.  Sometimes it's helpful to use an existing brochure.
    

6. Taking Photos
   There are some cases where we will be able to provide photos.  Contact us directly for further information.
